We currently ship via our website to the UK and EU, as well as Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, and Türkiye, with DHL Express shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Rest of the world:

• Small products and products that do not contain refrigerant: we use DHL Express air freight (calculated at checkout) with the option of sea freight
• Large products and products that contain refrigerant: shipped via sea freight / ocean freight. 

These will be shown on the product page.

Note 1: It is mandatory to note that arrival time is based on the time from payment received not from order time.

If you want to speed this up - we recommend using bank transfer.

Note 2:
shipping times on checkout only account for time taken in delivery and
transit not order preparation and time taken for payment to clear.

Our standard terms of trade are DDP - with no extra import VAT or duties to pay.
