Shipping policy
Overview
We use DHL Express for fast and reliable shipping to ensure that orders arrive on time and without damage to give our customers peace of mind.
Regions We Serve
We currently ship via our website to the UK and EU, as well as Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, and Türkiye, with DHL Express shipping rates calculated at checkout.
We also ship to the following countries via sea freight: Armenia, Bahrain, Cyprus, Egypt, Georgia, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Iceland, Israel, Jersey, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Oman, Qatar, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
For sea freight, please select the "sea freight shipping" option under both shipping method and payment method at checkout.
Delivery Times
All orders will arrive in approximately 3 to 5 business days* when shipped via DHL Express.
In the event that your order doesn’t arrive in this time frame, please contact us.
*When items are in stock and there is no lead time for manufacturing or order preparation.
Important: shipping times on checkout only account for time taken in delivery/transit not order preparation.
Pre Order
When an item is on pre-order, it is usually a new arrival, out of stock or awaiting stock.
We are unable to give an exact time frame for these products.
In the event that any of these products become discontinued, we will provide you with a full refund.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number on the order notification via email which will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment through the DHL Express app or website.
Customs and Import Duties
All orders are DDP, with duties paid at the checkout or factored into the shipping quote.
Multiple Items
If you have ordered multiple items in one order from different warehouses, some items may arrive quicker than others due to a difference in manufacturing lead time and shipping times.
