This guide will outline the information you need to know if you want to become a supplier to Giant Freeze Ltd, including how to contact us and what requirements you need to meet to sell to us.
Who is allowed to sell to Giant Freeze Ltd?
We allow anyone to become a supplier to Giant Freeze Ltd. However, to ensure products adhere to the highest quality possible and to maintain customer satisfaction, we prefer to only deal with factories and manufacturers directly, instead of trading companies, wholesalers and distributors.
What are the conditions for becoming a supplier?
- Quality control: we only deal with suppliers who have met the quality control certifications that allow products to be sold in UK, EU and Middle Eastern markets.
- No trading companies: We only deal with factories/manufacturers directly (this only applies to Giant Freeze OEM branded products).
- Exclusivity agreements: we ask that suppliers only supply products to us in markets that we serve. This will be discusssed directly with the supplier.
- Terms of trade and insurance: this will be discussed directly with the supplier.
Similar Products
Even if another supplier is supplying us with similar products to you, this will not be an issue.
Quality Control
To maintain our reputation, if your products continuously receive complaints or bad reviews from customers, you will temporarily not be allowed to sell to us, until a resolution is found.
